Another important thing is that most people that go to the gym regularly are into fitness and value it highly in their partners. You will rarely come across a couple where one person is extremely fit while the other one is not.

So just by taking care of your own fitness and health you become more attractive to men. Of course there are other factors when it comes to attraction and relationships, but physical attraction is usually where it all starts.
